All Home Defence Armies will have the following rules at all times:
No Retreat, No Surrender - when defending your homeland you are expected to fight to the last man - retreating units off the board is NEVER allowed for a Home Defence Army
To The Last Man - all Home Defence Armies are treated as having the Stubborn rule - when testing morale to see if a unit breaks all HDA units test at their full, original morale.
