I've run campaigns from the absolute basic to very complex ones involving different resource types and unit orders etc.
I'd like an idea of what type of campaign players would like...how involved you want to be.
For all canpaign types the basic requirement would be access to some form of pc, laptop or tablet with the ability to open and edit a word document (OpenOffice is free)
