A few questions I have asked Alan which he has answered:
We are notified when we lose land to someone?
Alan: Yes.
Are they notified if they take land from someone?
Alan: Yes.
If I'm in an alliance can I move through my ally's countries without capturing them?
Alan: No
In 1942 where does my second army start?
Alan: You can start your second army in ANY unoccupied territory you already possess.
If I have my HDA and CA in my capital will they both fight in defense?
Alan: No, you can't stack armies and in the event that a broken army flees home it will still not engage in the defense of your capital.
What happens if more than 2 players can't reach a diplomatic agreement over a territory?
Alan: Then you get to fight it out on the tabletop - however many players there are!
