If an infantry flamethrower runs out of fuel it is removed from the board and treated as a casualty therefore will need to be paid for in full to be replaced.
Vehicle based flamethrowers that run out of fuel but survive the fight are considered to be refueled before the next season. If, however, a VFT runs out of fuel during a fight that occurred in Move 1 then it is not allowed to act as a VFT in Move 2.
